Introducing Beef & Barolo ~ Wednesday nights

Our new special menu for Wednesday nights. On top of our lovely pizza and antipasti programming, we’re bringing in the finest dry-aged Washington-grown non-commodity-system beef from our friends at the Preservation Meat Collective and pairing them with deeply discounted glass pours of Barolo and Barbaresco (2015 vintage) from La Spinona via Solea wine. We’ve selected some special cuts, including the bavette and teres major, that bring exceptional flavor without the premium cut price tag. And for those who want to splurge, we got some fancy cuts too. Steaks are cooked sous vide in butter and herbs, reverse seared, and served with herbaceous roast potatoes and sticky demiglace. Every Wednesday from 3-9 until we clear through the cellar. Buen appetito!
